Once your order has been dispatched from our Sydney office you can track your Lamp using the tracking number emailed to you. Prior to receiving this email, you can track your lamp by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org

As soon as your payment has been confirmed your order will be processed. We do not hold in stock every one of the 5000 + lamps we supply therefore delivery times can vary. In stock items usually take between 1-2 days where as out of stock items take on average between 4 -7 working days. Deliveries to rural addresses may take an extra day or two. 95% of of all orders will be supplied in a maximum of 10 working days. If your order is urgent then please contact us and we will advise what your delivery time will be.
We outsource our payment gateway to Paypal the largest and most trusted Payment service provider. Paypal is the same company that processes payment for companies such as Hewlett Packard, Dell and Northwest Airlines to name but a few. We accept Visa, MasterCard, AMEX and Direct Debit via internet banking. These options will be presented to you at the final confirmation stage. We also accept Purchase orders from large organisations and all Schools in Australia. Purchased orders can be faxed or emailed. Alternatively you can enter your PO number in the order reference field when ordering online.
